Last updated

This page was prepared for Applied AI Systems as a researched starting point and is pending review by the firm's founders. It describes how this website actually works. It is not legal advice.

The short version

This website collects what you type into it, and nothing else. There are no cookies, no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party trackers anywhere on it. Nothing you give us is ever sold or shared for marketing, and we do not send you email unless you have asked us to get in touch.

If you want anything you have sent us removed, ask, and we will remove it.

What we collect, and only when you give it

Every item below arrives because you filled in a field or typed a question. Nothing here is gathered in the background.

The contact form
Your name, email address, company if you give one, and your message. Stored, and emailed to us so we can reply.
The opportunity map
Your name and email, your business name and website if you give them, the tools you selected, the frictions and volumes you described, and the estimate range the map produced from them.
The playground receipt
Your name and email, which sample apps you connected, how many actions you ran, and the persona you chose.
The assistant
Your questions and the answers, how long each answer took, which page you asked from, and an identifier that ties one conversation together. See the assistant page for how it works.
Page events
A count of which parts of the site get used, recorded as an event name and a page path with nothing identifying attached.

Your IP address

Your address is used for one purpose: counting requests, so that nobody can hammer the assistant or the site's other services. We do not store the address. We store a one-way salted hash of it, which lets the counter recognise two requests from the same place without recording where that place is, and the counter is deleted once its window has passed.

That is a change made on 2026-09-08. Before it, this site stored the address itself in its rate-limiting table and never deleted the record. Anything retained under the old behaviour will be cleared.

Who else sees it

Three services, each doing one job. We do not use any other processor, and nobody receives your information for their own purposes.

  • Cloudflare D1 stores what the forms and the assistant record. It is the database this site runs on.
  • Resend delivers the notification emails that reach our own inbox when you submit something.
  • Anthropic answers the assistant's questions. What you type into the assistant is sent to Anthropic's API to be answered, along with the material about our practice that the assistant is given.
  • Vercel hosts the site and keeps standard server logs, as any host does.

What we never do

  • We never sell your information, and we never share it for anyone's marketing.
  • We set no cookies. Your light or dark theme choice is stored by your own browser and never reaches us.
  • We run no analytics, no advertising tags and no session recording.
  • We do not email you unless you asked us to, and we do not run a mailing list from this site.
  • We do not build a profile of you across other websites, because we have nothing on any other website to build one with.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and the things you send us are kept for as long as they are useful to the conversation you started, which for real enquiries usually means for as long as we work together and a reasonable period after. Rate-limiting records are deleted as soon as their window expires, within minutes.

There is no automatic deletion schedule for enquiries yet. Ask us to delete yours and we will, without needing a reason from you.

Your choices

Ask us for a copy of anything you have sent, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Reach us through the contact page. We will not ask you to justify the request, and we will not charge for it.

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 13.

Changes

If what the site collects changes, this page changes in the same release. The date at the top is the date of the last change.
