What this covers
These terms cover this website and the free things on it: the assistant, the opportunity map and the playground. They do not govern any work we do for you. A real engagement is governed by its own signed agreement, and where that agreement and this page disagree, the agreement wins.
The numbers on this site are illustrative
This matters more than anything else here, so it is not buried. The opportunity map produces ranges from what you tell it, and the assistant will do arithmetic out loud from figures you give it. Both are working illustrations built from your own inputs and our pattern library. Neither is a quote, an estimate of your costs, a valuation, or a promise of a result.
A price for actual work comes from a conversation and arrives in writing. Nothing generated on this page is that.
The assistant can be wrong
The assistant is software. It answers from material about our practice, and like any such system it can be incomplete or mistaken. Do not treat its answers as professional advice or as a commitment on our part. If something it said matters to a decision you are making, ask a person, which is what the contact page is for.
Using the site
- Use it for its purpose: learning what we do and getting in touch.
- Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape at volume, or find your way into parts of it that are not public.
- Do not submit anyone else's personal information, confidential material, or anything you are not free to share.
- The free tools are rate limited so they stay available to everyone.
What belongs to whom
The design, words, code and artwork on this site belong to Applied AI Systems, LLC, except for third-party marks shown to identify the tools they belong to. Anything you send us stays yours; you give us only what we need to read it and reply.
Where the site shows client work, it is shown with permission or anonymised, and the sample data in the playground is invented for the purpose.
No warranty, and the limit of our liability
The site and its free tools are provided as they are, without warranty. To the extent the law allows, Applied AI Systems, LLC is not liable for loss arising from your use of this website or reliance on anything generated by its free tools. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Applied AI Systems, LLC is organised, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
