Our own product

We were our own first client

Nothing on the market worked the way we actually work. So we built it: Plexii, an AI-powered workspace shaped around a single idea: a task owns its tools.

The Plexii canvas: notes, email, a chat channel, documents and an AI assistant open side by side as movable windows in one workspace.

Built for how we work, then opened to everyone

People lose focus to drifting tabs and scattered tools, until the workspace itself becomes the distraction. Generic productivity apps add another place to check rather than removing places to go.

Plexii is a task-scoped desktop workspace. A task owns its tools.

  • One task, one space

Create a task, attach the exact tools and sites it needs, and that becomes a locked focus space.

  • No tab drift

No context loss between sessions. The workspace cannot wander off the job it was made for.

It started as the tool we wanted for ourselves. It is now a public product, in beta, and anyone can use it It is not a private internal build or a demo behind a sales call.

That's one we built. What's yours?

Everything else we've built

Client engagements and our own products, curated to the builds that stand on their own. Client details are withheld by design; every claim is labelled with the basis behind it.

  • Plexii: a desktop workspace that holds your focus

A task-scoped desktop workspace for people with ADHD and high distractibility. Create a task, attach the exact tools and sites it needs, and that becomes a locked focus space. No tab drift, no context loss.

Co-founded and built as our own product; Applied AI's side centred on product, experience, and the AI features.

  • Applied AI Systems: we built the system we sell

This website is not a brochure; it is an applied example of our product thinking. The AI chat answers from our own files and routes you to real destinations, every surface you touch writes one shared record of your visit, and the brand runs on a computed colour system with its own documentation.

We were our own client: diagnose, build, iterate, and operate it in public.

    Live. You are inside it.
  • Talk to Quote: say the job on site, send an estimate in your own numbers

An estimating app for contractors: describe the job once on site, check what it heard, and send an estimate priced from your own price book, with every rate you have not set yet marked as an estimate.

Prototype-first against one hard constraint: it has to work one-handed on a job site.

  • Property intelligence for a commercial real estate brokerage

One system of record for a brokerage: every building, owner, lease and contact in one place, with the documents the firm sends generated from that record instead of retyped from the last deal.

The workflow mapped before the software: we watched how the documents were actually made, then built the register the documents needed rather than the database we assumed.

  • Loop ERP: the CRM their sales team runs on, and the AI layer around it

Loop ERP sells enterprise software to the recycling and scrap industry. We replaced the generic CRM their sales team barely used with Noodle, a CRM shaped like their business, and kept building outward from it: Gmail and calendar sync, an SDR operating system, a live command center, and an AI layer that drafts, reads and files.

Replace the tool that fits worst first, then wire into what already runs. Prove each AI piece behind a human review queue before it touches a customer.

  • The Archeon website

The public website for Archeon, our own product: the story, the features and the pricing, built as a finished, polished site with the product's own canvas drawn live on the page.

Brand, story and site built together as one launch set.

  • A lead engine that finds real decision-makers for a few cents each

Describe the ideal customer in keywords, roles and geography; the engine turns that into precise public-web searches, keeps only the people whose title fits, finds an email before spending anything, and remembers who it already gave you.

Gate hard on fit before anything is enriched, find the free email first, and let the researcher watch every run.
