Build: automations

Automations

The workflows with hard numbers behind them, wired into the tools you already own. One of the eight, end to end: a form fill becomes a booked call in under a minute.

66.7% of qualified leads book when the reply is instant, against 30% on average. Source: Chili Piper, four million form fills.

Watch one run

Pick one. Watch it run.

Only the apps that automation actually touches, in their own marks, doing the thing in order. The tools are ones you already own; the difference is that somebody sat inside your week before wiring them.

What just happened

    1. Who wires it

n8n, Make and Zapier are what we use too. The difference is that we sit inside your business first, so the automation is built around how the work actually moves, not around what a template assumed.

    2. Who tunes it

The first run on your real data always turns something up: the customer with two records, the invoice with no due date. We watch the first week and tune it against the cases that came up, which a template cannot do.

    3. Who stays

It runs without us and we stay available anyway: the operating guide, the keys, and office hours for the ones that need a change.

And the honest line: if a template does it, start from the pack. The packs in the Systems Library are these same recipes as files, and wiring one into your stack is exactly what an engagement is for.

    Now wire them together

Pick your apps. Watch them connect.

The tools you already pay for, and the automations that run between them. Nothing here is a guess: pick a lineup and the same paths draw every time.

    Pick at least 2.

    Built for clients

Automations inside real businesses, anonymised where the client asked.

Which of these would matter most in your business?

A recipe wired into your stack is one of the three prices; a pack installed by us is on the ladder.
