What we do

Three ways in, one standard.

We build agents, automations, software and company brains; we guide teams through consulting, training and tool coaching; and we sell the files to do it yourself.

We make it.

Build

Development work: the system your business needs, designed and built for production, handed over with a real operating guide. This is where most of our case studies come from.

  • Agents

Software that reads, decides and acts across your tools, and shows its receipts: what it read, what it called, how long it took. Instructions, tools, memory and guardrails, in files you can open.

  • Automations

The workflows with hard numbers behind them: a form fill becomes a booked call in under a minute, a call ends and the CRM is already done, an overdue invoice chases itself. Wired into the tools you already own.

  • Software

Production software, not a proof of concept. A manual, spreadsheet-driven process becomes a system your team runs without us in the room.

  • Company brains

One place that knows what your business knows: email, files, the CRM, the chat history, the SOPs and the processes nobody wrote down. Ask it anything and get the answer with its source.

  • Design

Interfaces, experiences, and the natural places to put AI in them. The audit of a product that grew, a new interface from a brief, and AI placed where the work already is.

Everything in Build, with the proof, is on its own page.

We do it with you.

Guide

Shorter, closer work: the plan before a line of code, your team learning the tools, a specific problem worked through together. One-off projects and coaching, not a build.

  • Consulting

A working session and a ranked plan that names the two or three places automation would actually help, in plain language, before anything is built.

  • Team training

Your people running the tools themselves. Built around your real work, not a generic curriculum.

  • Tool coaching

Expert use of specific tools: Claude Code, Cursor, n8n, the ones your team already opened and got stuck in. Hands on, inside your own projects.

  • The audit

Where the hours go, what to automate first, and what to leave alone. The hinge between looking and buying.

Everything in Guide, with the proof, is on its own page.

You do it, with our files.

Tools

The Systems Library: the agents, skills, automations and design systems we run ourselves, complete and documented, ready to bring into any project.

  • Skills & brains

The files that teach an agent one job, or the shape of a whole company.

  • Agent packs

Software that reads, decides and acts, with our deployment context.

  • Workflows

The whole recipe as files: the flow, the guide, the walkthrough video.

  • Installed

We put one into your stack and tune it. That is what an engagement is.

The whole collection, documented system by system, is in the Systems Library.

Try it yourself

Now run it on your tools.

Pick the apps your business runs on, watch them connect, then ask the questions you ask every day. It runs on a fictional company's last two weeks, so nothing here is your data and every answer is safe to poke at.

Which of these is actually your problem?
