The work
The problem
In most companies the important knowledge lives in a few people's heads and scattered files. New hires take weeks to get going; simple questions bounce between three people.
What we built
An assistant that ingests everything a business knows, answers in plain words with sources shown, flags contradictions between documents, and helps run the day to day. Main version being built now for a software company.
The result
An earlier version shipped for a solar sales team, trained on their documents and pitch playbooks. It got new reps productive on day one instead of week three. This is the bigger version of that.
