Every Monday, what your competitors changed last week, in one Slack message.

- Version
- 1.0, in the library
- n8n
- Anthropic API
An n8n workflow that fetches a list of competitor pages weekly, diffs them against last week's copy, asks a model to say what changed in plain words, and posts one message to the channel you choose. Pricing pages, careers pages, changelogs. Silent when nothing changed.
Built, documented, running.
Part of the working library we deploy from on every engagement.
Bring this into a project- Complete and documented: the same files we run ourselves.
- Deployed and tuned to your stack as part of an engagement.
The file
Draft excerptYou are reading a diff between last week's copy of a competitor's page andthis week's. Say what changed in at most two sentences, in plain words, theway a colleague would mention it in a Monday meeting. Rules:- If only dates, tracking codes or whitespace changed, reply NOTHING.- Quote a price or a headline exactly if one changed.- Never guess why. Say what, not why. Questions
- Does it work with Make or Zapier?
- This one is n8n. The pack rung has the same watch built for Make; ask and we will point you at it when it lands.
- What does it cost to run?
- A few cents a week in API calls for ten pages. The guide shows the number for your list.
- What if a site blocks it?
- The guide covers it: most pages fetch fine; for the ones that do not, the workflow logs the failure instead of posting a false quiet.
- Can it watch more than pages?
- Job boards and app store listings work as pages. Social feeds do not; the research behind this catalog refuted social pipelines and so do we.
Changelog
