Recipe card four as a pack: an agent that reads the meeting transcript, fills the deal stage, next step and notes in the CRM, drafts the follow-up in your voice, and hands each task to whoever owns it. The agent definition, the CRM tools, the workflow that triggers it when a recording lands, and the video.

Built, documented, running.

Part of the working library we deploy from on every engagement.

4 requirements and 3 install steps, below.

  • Complete and documented: the same files we run ourselves.
  • Deployed and tuned to your stack as part of an engagement.

The file

Draft excerpt
---name: call-scribedescription: Turn a call transcript into CRM fields, a drafted follow-up and owned tasks.tools: Read, crm_update, task_create, draft_email--- You read one transcript and leave the CRM the way a careful rep would. Fill only what the call supports. If the stage is unclear, leave it andsay so in the notes. Never invent a next step; if none was agreed, thenext step is "agree a next step" and it is owned by the rep. Draft the follow-up in the voice in VOICE.md. Save it as a draft. Never send. End with a receipt: what you read, what you wrote, what you left blank and why.

What is inside

6 items. Includes video guide, deployment guide, sample data.

  • .claude/agents/call-scribe.mdThe agent: what it reads, what it may write, what it must never guess.
  • skills/crm-update/SKILL.mdThe CRM write rules: stage names, required fields, what counts as a next step.
  • n8n/on-recording.jsonFires the agent when a recording lands in Drive or the call platform.
  • samples/Three fictional call transcripts for a dry run.
  • GUIDE.mdConnecting the recorder, the CRM and the task tool, and the receipt the agent leaves.
  • walkthrough.mp4Ninety seconds: a call ends, the record fills, the draft appears.

Who it is for

  • Reps update the CRM on Friday from memory, or not at all.
  • You record calls already and the recordings sit in a folder.
  • You want the follow-up drafted while the call is still fresh, and sent by a person.

Requirements

  • Claude Code 2.x
  • A call recorder with transcripts (Fireflies, Gong, Zoom, Meet)
  • HubSpot or Pipedrive
  • Asana, ClickUp or Linear for tasks

The recipe this ships

  1. Tools in the chain: Call, then Applied AI, then HubSpot, then Gmail, then Asana.

    Call ends, CRM is done

Listens to the meeting, fills the deal stage, next step and notes in your CRM, drafts the follow-up in your voice, and hands the tasks to whoever owns them.

Reps spend 17% of the week on CRM entry; automated notes give back four hours a repSource: Forrester and Avoma

Where this sits

  1. This system

    Post-call brief to CRM

    In the library, running.

  2. Pairs with

    The install call

We connect the recorder and the CRM with you and run it on your last real call.

  3. In your stack

    Deployed on an engagement

The audit finds which system earns its place first; we install and tune it around how you work.

Questions

Does it send the follow-up?
No. It drafts; a person sends. The agent has no send tool.
What if the transcript is bad?
It says so in the receipt and fills less. A blank field with a reason beats a guessed one.
Which recorders work?
Anything that produces a transcript file or a webhook: Fireflies, Gong, Zoom and Meet are in the guide.
What if it does not fit our stack?
Then we say so, and the guide names the swap. Every pack documents exactly what it needs to run.
